black or mildly sweetened espresso that is brewed at the perfect temperature. Yumm. Next up, stop in Vienna, Austria, which had its coffee shops listed as an “Intangible Cultural Heritage” by UNESCO. Stop in one of the enticing coffee shops, where locals meet up, and enjoy the people watching and the aromas. Istanbul, Turkey is known for rich, dark coffee where they don’t use sifters (so the coffee needs a moment to settle).
